Blame it on the Rain
or lack of.
It is 107.6 F degrees right now - 42 Celsius for my non-American audience. The rains start in November and make stuff nice and cool, but they haven't gotten here just yet.
And I say it only because I've been asked: no, I do not have AC, not in my office, not in my home.

I feel your pain... well kinda. NOLA doesn't get that hot, but if you count the solid fog wall of humidity, it feels like it.
And I have a window AC, but I'm cheap.

I'm sure you'll be ok. After all, you're so cool, you don't need an AC. ;)
